Returns/Refunds

Please contact me (Dawn) witchkeycandle@gmail.com with any questions. Please read descriptions and sizes carefully before purchase.  Contact me if your product arrives damaged or is defective. Hand poured Soy candles will look different than mass produced candles, wax being slightly cracked is normal and will not affect burn. Frosting is a perfectly natural effect of soy wax and is unique to vegetable waxes, especially soy. It is the natural wax crystallizing. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once I receive clear photo's (please do not mail items back). I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at witchkeycandle@gmail.com or message Witch's Key Candle on messenger.
